Job Summary

Serve customers by guiding them through the CarMax appraisal process for selling a vehicle. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
•Build rapport quickly and explain the CarMax appraisal process to customers.
•Communicate in person and by phone to understand customer motivations and follow up with undecided sellers.
•Facilitate appraisal steps, including discovery, presenting offers, and addressing objections.
•Collect and enter appraisal data accurately, maintain composure under pressure, and follow EH&S requirements while keeping the work area clean.
