Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive all aspects of payment partnerships, including prioritisation, structuring/negotiating new initiatives, and ongoing partner management.
  • •Proactively manage Australian partners, including structuring QBRs, securing incentives, and troubleshooting with dev and ops teams.
  • •Increase Adyen’s influence through industry engagements and opportunities such as joint product development and co-marketing.
  • •Develop and execute programs that advance strategic goals and positioning in key markets and segments.
  • •Manage escalations from local and global teams and ensure resolution with the right teams at payment partners.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience managing accounts or partnerships in the cards payments sector.
  • •Deep knowledge of the payments landscape, with the ability to interpret emerging trends.
  • •Comfort scoping and structurally planning new implementations and working across product, marketing, and account teams.
  • •Strong people skills to develop working relationships at all levels internally and externally.
  • •Proven track record managing complex initiatives using data to drive decisions, actions, and measurable results.
