Job Summary

Own the development and execution of curated Partnership Retreat programming by researching industry trends, shaping 2-day agendas, and coordinating speakers. Partner cross-functionally with IR, Sales, and Insights to ensure retreat messaging aligns with audience strategy and delivers meaningful engagement. Manage agenda updates, briefings, and debrief reports, and help promote retreat content through regular LinkedIn posts while incorporating attendee feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop 2-day retreat agendas through in-depth research, identifying topics, trends, and potential speakers.
•Maintain a continual pulse on industry and fundraising themes, allocator interests, and market developments to guide programming decisions.
•Coordinate speakers as the primary point of contact, including scheduling calls and supporting advisory board and panel prep.
•Create and differentiate retreat content by working with teams (particularly data and editorial) to align messaging, audience strategy, and content development.
•Draft briefing/debrief reports and collaborate with the portfolio head to produce regular LinkedIn posts to showcase retreat content.
