Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage insider risk investigations across regional sites, including insider threats, misconduct, cargo theft, fraud, and workplace incidents.
  • •Oversee RSOC policies and remote camera monitoring, regional security hotline, and related metrics to mitigate insider risks.
  • •Coordinate intelligence and threat management, including deep web and open-source intel searches, trend analysis, and information sharing processes.
  • •Oversee vetting/monitoring of employees and business units, and liaise with law enforcement partners for insider risk investigations.
  • •Lead workplace violence threat analysis and travel risk management briefings; expand policy and training and deliver evidence-based investigative reports and briefings.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in corporate investigations and/or law enforcement roles (10+ preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, intelligence, security studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience conducting investigative interviewing and handling evidence and physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control).
  • •Advanced OSINT skills to analyze online threat indicators and perform deep web/open-source intelligence searches.
  • •Demonstrated integrity and discretion handling sensitive matters; fluent or professionally proficient Spanish is strongly preferred.
