•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and online/mobile banking, to improve their service experience.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities (fulfilling or referring as appropriate).
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ unique needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
