Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop bills of material for control system/instrumentation components including JB, cables, LOP, and MMS panels.
  • •Read and interpret P&IDs and select instruments such as transmitters, gauges, and junction boxes.
  • •Prepare RFQs for E&I BOM and review/finalize sub-supplier technical offers.
  • •Review vendor drawings and provide approvals for PLC, MMS, JB, LCS, and LOP; support procurement of key components.
  • •Prepare post-order engineering documents (IO list, Inst Index, cable schedule, inst hook-up, logic diagram) and participate in kick-off, project reviews, and HAZOP/SIL meetings, with occasional site/customer visits and FAT support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation (preferred) or electrical/electronic engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • •Familiarity with rotating machinery such as pumps and compressors.
  • •Sound knowledge of selection for transmitters and gauges, including junction boxes.
  • •Functional knowledge of PLC, MMS, and motors.
