Build trusted client relationships by having in-person and phone conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and recommend tailored guidance. As part of the branch team, meet individual activity and outcome goals, acquire new clients, and expand relationships through deposits, lending, and other banking products. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support teller-line transactions as needed, and help with branch huddles and debriefs.
