•Define and implement medium- to long-term plans to secure the leisure portfolio’s profitability and brand value, with accountability for revenue performance.
•Set business objectives focused on profitability, sales targets, and overall growth in line with strategy.
•Oversee market research, insights, and travel trends to strengthen sales strategies across the portfolio."
•Lead and manage a multi-channel operation including 15 retail locations, contact centre, social media, and business development teams, fostering high performance and collaboration.
•Build and manage relationships with key clients, airlines, suppliers, government authorities, and service providers, and identify new business opportunities to support regional expansion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Travel and Tourism).

•Strong general management and leadership experience with well-developed commercial acumen.
•Experience or awareness of the Middle East & India (MEI) travel or aviation market is advantageous, as is exposure to start-ups or mergers and acquisitions.
