•Develop a product strategy and roadmap for OpenAI’s work with the legal industry using customer, partner, market, and model evidence.
•Decide what to build, what not to build, and where ecosystem partners should lead.
•Define requirements and guide products from early concept through real-world use and iteration.
•Lead cross-functional execution across Research, Engineering, Design, Safety, Security, FDE, Go-to-Market, and Partnerships.
•Resolve ambiguity, surface tradeoffs, inspect outputs, and close detailed loops needed to ship trustworthy products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 347,000 - 490,000 annually

•Earn credibility with demanding practitioners and partners through low-ego collaboration across teams you do not manage.
