Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret client contracts to identify major requirements, insurance, and required flow downs, and prioritize business/legal/financial risks.
  • •Prepare and manage multiple agreement types (e.g., subcontracts, memoranda of understanding, teaming/intercompany agreements, task orders, and master agreements).
  • •Administer contract and subcontract requests and workflows end-to-end in the CLM system, including routing, drafting/review/approval, execution, renewal, and closeout.
  • •Maintain accurate subcontract records/documents/data in the CLM repository and monitor CLM dashboards for status, cycle times, compliance, and workload metrics.
  • •Collaborate with business leaders, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure payment terms, scopes of work, and performance schedules are accurate; resolve subcontract-related issues and provide training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Law or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience drafting and editing agreements with government and private sector clients and vendors.
  • •Working knowledge of commercial, federal, state and local government contracting practices.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong contract law principles.
  • •Experience managing request intake, contract tracking, or workflow systems; CLM experience is strongly preferred.
