Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for airfield construction projects through project closeout.
  • •Lead construction-phase services for airfield elements including runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield drainage, lighting, signage, and associated civil infrastructure.
  • •Coordinate construction phasing and sequencing to support uninterrupted airport operations, partnering with airport operations, planning, security, and airline stakeholders.
  • •Oversee contractors’ performance, progress, and compliance with contract documents, safety requirements, and airport operational constraints.
  • •Lead inspections, testing, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with FAA, airport authority, and project-specific standards, and mentor project staff.
