Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to each role, including communities, newsletters, events, niche forums, and creative outreach.
  • •Write sharp, personalized outreach messages that reflect Voodoo’s culture and ambitions.
  • •Build and maintain active talent pools and pipelines for current and future hiring needs, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • •Conduct market mapping to understand talent landscapes, track competitor moves, and identify how to reach top profiles.
  • •Use AI tools and automation to enhance sourcing efficiency and track/iterate on sourcing metrics, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.

  • •Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a research-intensive role, ideally in fast-paced tech or gaming environments.
