Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an engineering squad of 10–15 engineers, managing Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers across Warsaw, Berlin, and USA.
  • •Own the GenAI transformation roadmap to become AI-native, including AI-assisted development, automated incident response, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered tooling.
  • •Drive availability and reliability of planning infrastructure using SRE practices, incident management, SLOs/SLIs, and on-call maturity across high-throughput systems serving multiple markets.
  • •Set technical direction across Python, GoLang, PostgreSQL, Kafka, React, and React Native services on AWS.
  • •Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Procurement providers to align engineering priorities with business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years managing Engineering Managers, including leading distributed teams across offices.
  • •Hands-on AI proficiency with a track record of driving GenAI-native adoption (AI-assisted development, LLM-powered tooling, agentic workflows).
  • •Deep expertise across operations planning systems, data science modeling, data engineering, database systems, and distributed/back-end development frameworks.
  • •Strong SRE knowledge, including SLOs/SLIs, incident management, on-call maturity, and observability tooling (Grafana or similar).
  • •Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse technical and business stakeholders.
