Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement global visual merchandising direction in the assigned store to support sales and profit targets.
  • •Ensure store compliance with global VM standards, including window presentation, mannequin dressing/positioning, lighting, cleanliness, steaming, and price communication.
  • •Maintain VM compliance through daily audits, monthly submissions (including VM compliance tool uploads and photos), and weekly space management updates with analysis and action plans.
  • •Train coworkers on VM standards and guidelines and support consumer journey enhancements.
  • •Execute brand customer service standards, act as a brand ambassador, minimize loss, manage equipment/fixtures responsibly, and support safe store operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Matric certification.
  • •2-3 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
  • •Interest in fashion & sports desirable.
  • •Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to follow directives.
  • •Good numeracy, literacy, and verbal/written communication skills.
