Job Summary

Lead the Crypto Lending service line end to end, owning strategy, sales and contracting, operational delivery, P&L, and risk. Build capabilities from pilot to general launch, working with engineering, product, finance, legal, operations, compliance, and risk to establish custody, valuation, and liquidation infrastructure. Drive client acquisition, evolve a “living” roadmap for institutional clients and digital asset use cases, and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategic goals and capital and macro risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

•Refine the business plan and work plan for building crypto lending capabilities such as collateralized lending, yield generation, and institutional lines of credit.
•Lead the build process from pilot to general launch, working with engineering, operations, compliance, legal, and risk to establish custody, valuation, and liquidation infrastructure.
•After launch, coordinate daily crypto lending operations with accountability for P&L, operational excellence, and adherence to regulatory compliance and risk parameters.
•Play a direct role in client sales, onboarding, and contracting with legal, finance, and institutional partners as appropriate.
•Lead strategic evolution of the service line for institutional clients, digital asset use cases, and product features, maintaining a living roadmap for enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 147,200 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in crypto markets, digital asset lending mechanics, prime brokerage services, collateral management, and the Web3/digital asset financial ecosystem.
•At least 10 years of progressively responsible financial services experience, including at least 5 years focused on crypto financial services, institutional lending, or structured credit.
•Demonstrated success overseeing a lending-related or digital asset line of business, driving revenue and managing credit/market risk.
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate heavily with engineering and product while bridging TradFi and decentralized infrastructure.
•A clear commitment to operating to regulatory, compliance, and risk parameters in a rapidly evolving legislative landscape.
