Key Responsibilities

  • •Service, document, and maintain HVAC control systems and field devices.
  • •Commission BAS/DDC systems for proper operation and program, calibrate, and test control sequences.
  • •Troubleshoot controls, communication networks, sensors, and controllers, and diagnose HVAC performance issues to make repairs or adjustments.
  • •Provide customer-facing support, including building customer relationships and training customers on BAS systems.
  • •Follow safety procedures and coordinate with sales, service teams, electricians, and project staff, documenting findings and recommended actions.
