Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the coordination, development, and quality of recurring internal leadership presentations for the VP and Consumer PC leadership team, including weekly updates, quarterly business/product reviews, and decision decks.
  • •Maintain a unified management view of the Consumer PC portfolio, tracking product performance, initiatives, milestones/PLC status, risks, dependencies, and key operating KPIs.
  • •Partner with Finance and program owners to provide budget and forecast visibility, highlight variances and drivers, and prepare leadership-ready financial review materials.
  • •Track strategic initiatives and OKRs across the operating cadence, ensuring current updates, follow-through on actions, and escalation of overdue items or missing information.
  • •Build and improve automated reporting systems using authoritative data sources, dashboards, APIs, workflow tools, low-code platforms, and AI to simplify data collection and refresh recurring materials.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience in product operations, business operations, program management, analytics, financial/business reporting, product-management support, or a related technology role.
  • •Strong spreadsheet, dashboard, data-analysis, and presentation skills to turn fragmented inputs into executive-ready materials.
  • •Experience coordinating across senior stakeholders while maintaining accuracy, organization, and reliability in recurring reporting.
  • •Technical fluency with data, analytics, automation tools, and AI-assisted workflows to support an automated operating rhythm.
  • •Preferred: experience with PCs/consumer electronics, product lifecycle processes, budgeting and forecasting, and tools like Power BI and Tableau.
