Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites or in facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety/regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage a team of electricians and technicians by providing guidance, direction, and support to complete work efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
  • •Develop and implement work schedules, task assignments, and project timelines, coordinating with other trades and project managers to meet delivery within budget constraints.
  • •Conduct quality inspections and audits of electrical installations and equipment, identify deficiencies/deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate procurement, storage, and inventory management of electrical materials, tools, and equipment, and maintain accurate work records including work orders and test reports.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience with 3+ years relevant experience in electrical work.
  • •Ability to supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
  • •Proficiency interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics to plan and coordinate electrical installations.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical problems, analyze root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support the role’s requirements.
