Job Summary

Drive growth of Mastercard’s Acceptance and Merchant Solutions in Germany, focused on Merchant Cloud and Cloud Commerce, and extending omnichannel value through agentic commerce and AgentPay. Define go-to-market strategy, support analytics for expansion, analyze adoption funnels, and create merchant-focused value propositions. Partner with customers, acceptance teams, and European/global product groups to feed market requirements into new product development and scale distribution with ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to Germany’s go-to-market strategy for Merchant Cloud and Cloud Commerce (Tap on Phone).
•Provide analytical support for Merchant Cloud and Cloud Commerce expansion by identifying high-growth regions, merchant types, and partners.
•Analyze merchant adoption funnels and usage data to surface growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and priority actions.
•Create merchant-cloud value propositions for agentic commerce and leverage agentic service developments to expand adoption.
•Support pipeline creation and conversion by engaging customers and ecosystem partners (acquirers, PSPs, ISVs) and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Advisors, and Marketing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or comparable education).
•Preferably product management experience in an international environment.
•Expert B2B knowledge, preferably in financial payments and card payment industry.
•Strong understanding of the Payments and Acceptance business domain.
•Proven track record of customer-oriented solution development and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
