Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technical skills through practical engineering assignments supporting Eaton’s Aerospace operations.
  • •Support New Program Development, including launching aerospace programs and improving safe, environmentally responsible manufacturing processes.
  • •Participate in cross-functional ProLaunch teams and help manage new program metrics and continual improvement efforts.
  • •In Manufacturing Engineering, support process standardization, equipment specification, tooling design, gauging, and poka-yokes.
  • •Collect and analyze manufacturing data to implement Lean-driven process improvements and support root-cause corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering at an accredited institution.
  • •Combined GPA of 2.5 or higher (do not round).
  • •Be a U.S. person under ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card holder, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
  • •Be able to support the use of information/access to hardware subject to ITAR.
  • •Participate in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
