Key Responsibilities

•Lead coastal aspects of port planning, maritime masterplanning, and FEED studies, including options assessment and concept development.
•Deliver high-quality engineering studies including designs, analysis, reporting, specifications, and contract documentation.
•Lead medium to large projects independently and manage defined work packages within larger multidisciplinary projects, ensuring scope, programme, budget, and quality alignment.
•Implement robust quality control processes for deliverables and documentation.
•Support work winning by developing bids, engaging proactively with clients, and supporting project pricing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Coastal Engineering.
•Approximately 8+ years’ experience in maritime/coastal engineering.
•Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and design of coastal infrastructure for ports, harbours, and marine projects.
•Working knowledge of navigational planning and waterside operations (desirable).
•Australian citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance (essential).
