Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technology projects and initiatives from start to finish as part of the Delivery team, partnering with multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder management and communication to ensure alignment of needs and resources.
  • •Manage tools and implemented developments to ensure scalability and continuity.
  • •Make strategic decisions autonomously based on solid technical and functional criteria.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve internal processes through technology and AI, collaborating with HR and other key areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • •Proven experience managing technology projects and leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Practical experience with AI (implementation, integration, or project management involving AI/ML components).
  • •Experience implementing user-centered technological solutions.
  • •Ability to plan, organize, and monitor multiple initiatives.
