Drive the company’s technology and innovation roadmap across platforms, live music, production, and entertainment operations. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own the technology and innovation roadmap aligned to business, operational, and creative goals.
•Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on enterprise technology, digital transformation, automation, and scalability.
•Oversee enterprise technology platforms, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, compliant, and scalable while leading integrations to reduce manual work.
•Identify and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data analytics), including pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives.
•Improve data visibility and reporting through data governance and best practices; build, lead, and mentor technology resources and manage budgets, vendors, and contracts.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive technology leadership, innovation, or enterprise system management experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Experience working in live music, software, entertainment, or similar creative environments.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Experience managing vendors, budgets, and complex technology initiatives; familiarity with AI and automation tools.
