Job Summary

Pre-Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise and solution design in support of the Sales team, enabling Apple enterprise adoption and driving digital transformation across industries. You’ll design proposals, demos, and RFP responses, work with Apple regional teams, and ensure secure integration of Apple solutions in mixed IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a subject matter expert for Apple solutions, supporting sales and partners throughout the pre-sales cycle.
•Design and deliver solution proposals, demos, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and RFP responses.
•Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical workshops, and product trainings to build Apple competency across the channel.
•Showcase Apple Business Manager (ABM), ADE, and enterprise app integration.
•Support enterprise IT teams with security, compliance, and integration of Apple devices into Windows/Active Directory environments.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise IT.
•Strong knowledge of the Apple enterprise ecosystem.
•Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
•Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, MobileIron).
•Mac/iOS integration in a mixed IT environment; excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
