Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial modeling, comparable company and transaction analyses, leveraged buyout, and other valuation analyses.
  • •Draft key marketing and transaction documents, including information memoranda and related materials.
  • •Develop new business ideas and pitch strategies, including transaction structuring scenarios to support client objectives.
  • •Prepare pitch/business origination materials and assemble presentations to help deliver on client engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •Current student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.2 (preferred cumulative GPA of 3.5) and include your cumulative GPA on your resume.
  • •Relevant work, leadership experience, and coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Economics are preferred (all majors considered).
  • •Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Must currently be a U.S. Resident and have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. immigration sponsorship or work visa is not available for intern/full-time Analyst positions).
