Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate high-speed assembly machines and related assembly/broaching and closing equipment per work orders.
  • •Perform quality checks/inspections to meet customer-required quality requirements.
  • •Package and label finished products according to work orders and perform line clearances at start and completion.
  • •Maintain a 5S environment and communicate key safety, quality, maintenance, production, and continuous improvement items within the plant.
  • •Perform root cause analysis when problems arise and comply with safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to operate equipment according to procedures and follow work instructions.
  • •Ability to perform required quality checks/inspections and packaging/labeling per work orders.
  • •Capable of physical mobility (sitting, bending, twisting, standing, lifting) and lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • •Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with minimal supervision.
