Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain safety as the prime consideration in planning and implementing projects and assigned work.
  • •Ensure OSHA, NFPA, AWS, ASME, and other applicable codes and regulations are followed for assigned work.
  • •Serve as Project Manager or Project Engineer for equipment modifications, upgrades, new construction, major repairs, and unit outages.
  • •Develop and prioritize budget proposals, conduct cost-benefit and project risk analyses, and provide input to project timing and outage planning.
  • •Use predictive maintenance and vibration-related diagnostics to analyze results, document repair data, and initiate corrective actions to improve generating unit performance.

Salary: USD 69,900 - 170,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program (preferred Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Technology; degree earned by May 2026).
  • •0–12 months relevant experience for Associate Engineer (with higher experience levels for Engineer 1–Senior as described in the job family).
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Apply foundational engineering principles and problem-solving to troubleshoot routine issues with support, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • •Follow company procedures and industry codes/standards; participate in training, mentorship, and office/field work to build job-related skills.
