Key Responsibilities

•Support the annual project portfolio development process to align spend with overall strategy.
•Help prioritize change budgets and ensure business case quality across the portfolio.
•Review new project submissions to evaluate strategic fit and expected value.
•Coordinate quarterly portfolio reviews to track project benefits against OKRs and assist with budget release cycles and project cost controlling.
•Support board members with budget requests and decision-making documentation, and build stakeholder relationships using portfolio reporting and analysis tools.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
•Relevant experience in portfolio management, business analysis, or strategic planning.
•Hands-on expertise in business case development, benefits tracking, and financial analysis.
•Familiarity with OKR frameworks and benefits realization methodologies.
•Confident executive-level communication and analytical thinking; English proficiency required.
