Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely set up, adjust, and operate coil-fed presses while correcting and/or reporting unsafe conditions and hazards.
  • •Set up dies and gauges, adjust ram stroke, and make required settings to meet job requirements.
  • •Pull up prints and routings through SAP and work from drawings/blueprints.
  • •Perform diversified press operations, work to close tolerances, and inspect units for conformity to established quality standards.
  • •Support equipment care and efficiency through 5S, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing; maintain housekeeping and assist with assignments from the supervisor, including overtime when requested.
