Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and control a Total Quality Assurance Program by collecting quality data and identifying/eliminating causes of quality issues, customer complaints, scrap, and rework.
  • •Research, recommend, and implement quality and process control improvements; manage product quality plans and drive quality improvement projects.
  • •Manage customer complaints and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs.
  • •Support in-process and outgoing inspection activities to ensure product compliance with design specifications and control plans; direct and supervise QA testing of samples.
  • •Handle document control activity and compile/issue quality reports, making information available to initiate corrective actions and identify problem areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering (except Civil) or above.
  • •At least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing of electric/electronic products.
  • •Knowledgeable on ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Management System standards.
  • •Knowledgeable on quality management tools including Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, APQP, and PPAP.
  • •Proficient on MS Office and quality software such as Minitab.
