Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a cost management team, ensuring delivery of accountabilities and setting strategy for the team.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all project stages to maintain communication and coordinate Turner & Townsend activities.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls Services on large-scale construction programs.
  • •Track commercial status and financial performance using internal software, KPIs, forecasts, risk mitigation tools, and produce regular project updates and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for a client-facing, multi-priority environment.
