Key Responsibilities

•Support development of sales targets and sourcing market initiatives by identifying, assessing, and managing new programs and business opportunities.
•Drive profitable business growth through commercialization efforts and opportunity/new venture analysis for prospects that are “new to Avery.”
•Develop and improve systems and processes to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, resolving reporting and analysis gaps with relevant teams.
•Support Sales Teams with customer data analysis, rebate analysis, new program ROI analysis, and sales forecast, including designing ad-hoc reports.
•Support sales target formulation and review by managing the Sales Target Achievement measurement process (SIP) and related enquiries, plus ad-hoc system improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in business development, sales, product management, marketing, or a directly related field.
•Proficiency in assessing customer needs and conducting market and territory analysis and planning.
•Strong negotiation skills and experience working in English and Chinese bilingual communication.
•Strong financial skills and business acumen.
•Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps.
