MDR Operations Performance Analyst

Transform operational security performance data into actionable insights that improve MDR service delivery. Work with SOC analysts and leaders to understand evolving workflows, define and refine performance metrics, and run root-cause analysis for deviations. Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies across end-to-end processes, track improvement initiative impact, and proactively surface emerging risks and trends. Communicate insights to leadership and continuously mature quality assurance, integrating AI solutions where relevant.
