Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer inbound customer calls about deposit and loan inquiries, account maintenance (e.g., name/address changes), and online banking/mobile banking access issues.
  • •Handle debit card inquiries (transactions, hot cards, replacements) and related card account opening requests.
