Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze user needs and prepare test scenarios and test cases using Agile methodology.
  • •Create and maintain QA release testing artifacts (test cases, test data, and execution results).
  • •Participate in execution of release testing including SIT, regression, and end-to-end validation.
  • •Execute test cases based on test plans and acceptance criteria, and update test cases/test data as requirements change.
  • •Identify, log, and track defects to closure while coordinating with BA/Dev teams and supporting release validation/deployment verification.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4+ years of QA experience with PBM/pharmacy claims domain knowledge.
  • •Experience writing SQL queries for data validation.
  • •Ability to design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for end-to-end pharmacy claims lifecycle.
  • •Hands-on validation of real-time POS claims adjudication including member eligibility/benefit verification, provider validation (NPI, NCPDP ID), and pricing logic.
  • •Experience with web services/API testing using Postman or SoapUI, and testing scenarios such as COB/other payer, prior authorization, and formulary/benefit plan rules.
