Job Summary

Support the Public and Cultural Engagement team on the Unlocking the Vaults National Lottery Heritage Funded project at The Exchange. Assist with visitor welcome, themed guided tours, and delivery of community engagement activities. Help carry out participant and evaluation questionnaires, collect and record evaluation data, and support report writing to funders while ensuring events run smoothly and comply with health and safety and data protection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Project Manager and project/public programmes/exchange teams to deliver activities.
•Develop and deliver themed guided tours for public audiences.
•Assist with engagement evaluation by conducting questionnaires, collecting and recording evaluation data, and supporting report writing to funders.
•Provide administrative and practical support to ensure events run smoothly, including organising and replenishing materials.
•Ensure duties comply with health and safety, the Data Protection Act, and report any health and safety/operational concerns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 15.14 hourly
