•Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across regions, ensuring accurate and timely processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.

•Drive standardization and centralization of payroll and HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization.
•Manage governance and risk by ensuring adherence to payroll compliance, taxation, audit controls, and data accuracy.
•Lead a team of payroll and HR operations professionals, managing vendors and SLAs while improving service KPIs and employee experience.

Key Requirements

•MBA or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
•10–14 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or Shared Services.
