Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • •Support contracting approaches for government and public sector customers, including procurement requirements and regulatory obligations.
  • •Support partner-led and channel transactions, including negotiating reseller flowdown terms.
  • •Respond promptly to legal questions from stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and other teams.
  • •Keep current on relevant laws and regulations (including data privacy and AI regulations) and improve contract templates, playbooks, workflows, and tools.
