Job Summary

Assist designated machine operators and production teams with day-to-day manufacturing support, including cleaning and downtime cleanup, keeping work areas organized, and following safety regulations. Support shift production by operating equipment and machinery as trained, handling material and inventory tasks, and assisting with loading/unloading and shipping/receiving documentation. Maintain conveyors, floors, and machines, transport debris away from production areas, and help ensure loads leaving the premises are verified.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist machine operators and production teams with repetitive/sequential tasks across maintenance, cleanup, yard work, warehouse, production, utilities, and material handling.
•Keep work areas clean and maintain machinery by cleaning machines and conveyors and removing debris during downtime.
•Follow safety procedures at all times, use safety gear, and report unsafe conditions or defective equipment to the supervisor.
•Operate machinery and equipment as trained (including hand tools and assigned equipment such as forklift/palletizers/tractors/vehicles) and assist with preparing for shift production.
•Support shipping/receiving and inventory by loading/unloading trucks, completing documents, packaging/labeling products, and maintaining/verifying/counting product inventory.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education, training, and experience).

•Must be able to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
