Job Summary

Represent the bank in the community and lead a De Novo Financial Center to build relationships and grow a strong book of business. Drive business development through local partnerships, coaching a team using consultative sales and service, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Oversee daily operations, staffing needs, and integrated Financial Needs Assessments across channels, while staying accountable for risk and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively create opportunities for bankers within local chambers, community groups, activities, and events to represent the bank and attract new customers.
•Develop and execute a business plan for local centers of influence, measuring partnership strength to drive new customer business.
•Provide customer services for businesses and the community, including needs assessment and maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
•Lead consultative sales activities to proactively identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions, growing consumer and small business relationships.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team; oversee daily operations and staffing needs while cultivating a One Bank culture and following ethics and conduct policies.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience in a leadership role managing a team in a sales environment (preferred).
•Experience in the financial industry and managing a P&L (preferred).
•Ability to represent the bank professionally in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.
