  • •Supervise ongoing technical efforts, assign work, and ensure successful delivery of modernization initiatives across the program.

  • •Exercise full decision-making authority for contractor concerns, risks, emerging constraints, and identify and communicate potential programmatic or resource-related issues early.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years within the last 10 years in IT project management.
  • •At least two years as program manager for a major enterprise infrastructure upgrade implementing an emerging technology for a Department of War (DoW) customer.
  • •Two years managing a program with multiple (minimum 3), complex, inter-related Communication or IT projects using an integrated master schedule (IMS) based on detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • •Recent experience with wireless and private mobile network infrastructure, including implementing 5G technology.
  • •Hold a current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or a Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification; possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
