Build strong relationships with consumer and business customers by proactively reaching out, assessing banking needs, and recommending appropriate deposit and loan products. Provide an optimal client experience through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual interactions, while completing transactions and service requests. Educate customers on emerging and self-service digital tools, leverage available resources to improve accuracy and operational excellence, and collaborate with branch teams to open new accounts and submit credit applications.
