Job Summary

Lead day-to-day quality activities spanning product and process review through product release, ensuring compliance with GMP and HACCP procedures and controls. Manage NPI and other Food Safety programs, handle RM/NPI review and adherence to food safety requirements, and guide product disposition with investigation and troubleshooting support. Assist the Process QM on quality-related tasks, reporting to the Process QA Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day operations quality tasks from product/process review to product release.
•Review and enforce implementation of GMP and HACCP procedures and controls.
•Manage NPI and other Food Safety related programs.
•Handle RM/NPI review and compliance to food safety requirements.
•Advise on product disposition and support investigation/troubleshooting; assist Process QM with quality tasks.

Key Requirements

•Minimum degree in Food Science or other science disciplines.
•At least 3 years of experience working in the food industry.
•Thorough knowledge of product lines and manufacturing processes, with food safety program knowledge including HACCP and process control procedures.
•Good initiative and results-oriented approach.
•Exemplary leadership qualities, able to make difficult decisions, and can work as a team under pressure.
