Key Responsibilities

•Support daily SysOps operational activities and assigned IT tickets through the approved Service Desk process.
•Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account coordination, device preparation, and access follow-up.
•Support endpoint management activities such as device provisioning, patching follow-up, software installation, and compliance checks.
•Assist in maintaining the IT asset inventory by updating asset records, assignment details, custody status, and stock movement.
•Provide basic troubleshooting support for laptops, printers, network connectivity, email, VPN, Microsoft 365, and internal tools.

Key Requirements

•Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer program.
•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

•Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, or ITSM tools is preferred.
•Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
