Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products.
  • •Ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at minimum cost.
  • •Act as liaison with engineering for releasing new products.
  • •Develop systems for maintaining reports and record keeping of company products.
  • •Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the engineering section.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in hands-on semiconductor process engineering, including project or technical leadership experience.
  • •Demonstrated process engineering experience planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing methods, processes, and operations.
  • •Preferred: strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
  • •Preferred: EPI experience.
