Job Summary

Senior Asset Management Consultant to deliver asset management transformation projects for infrastructure clients across sectors such as transit, power, municipal, ports and real estate. Lead consulting work, analytics, and data projects from sourcing to project closure, while supporting business development and client presentations. Based on the West Coast with national project support.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver the complete lifecycle of asset management transformation projects, including consultancy, training, and data/information projects.
•Work independently or with the US/global team to deliver projects from sourcing to closure while meeting governance requirements.
•Consult with clients to improve their asset management capabilities and deliver high-quality outputs.
•Lead project delivery on time and within budget, and support business development, including proposals and presentations.
•Conduct data analyses, develop financial models, and produce asset management artefacts in collaboration with clients.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, or related fields.
•Minimum of six years of experience performing similar work with or on behalf of an infrastructure organization
•Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analytics and whole lifecycle cost analysis
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
•Ability to work autonomously and under minimal direction from project teams to develop high-quality deliverables
