Store Manager

Lead day-to-day performance of a retail store with full accountability for commercial results, team leadership, and operations. Drive profit and loss by identifying profit-driving opportunities, analyze KPIs to take action, and provide regular updates to the District Manager. Manage store operations including stock, payroll, rotas, admin processes, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and visual merchandising standards while representing the Levi’s brand every day.
