Key Responsibilities

•Provide active support and advice to customers in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance on the sales floor.
•Sell products through in-depth product knowledge and establish long-lasting relationships with customers.
•Share knowledge about products, trends and beauty news with customers and colleagues.
•Contribute to continuous development of own expertise and knowledge transfer to the team.
•Maintain product presentation, assortment, stock levels, and store cleanliness to meet merchandising standards and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Completed training in the respective departments (training period: at least 6 months)
•At least 3 years of professional experience in the respective department
•Fluent in English or native language of the country
•Communicative, reliable, organized
•Team spirit and open, motivating and friendly manner
