Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate complex marketing agreements in sales/trading and related services for upstream/midstream oil and gas assets under limited supervision.
  • •Analyze midstream and marketing agreements to ensure compliance and identify value-added opportunities across contract provisions.
  • •Evaluate and recommend commercial terms and operational conditions for gathering, transportation, sale and purchase contracts, including produced water.
  • •Gather, organize, and analyze energy market and related economic and geopolitical data to identify trends affecting upstream markets and the energy transition.
  • •Lead concurrent projects, mentor less-experienced professionals, negotiate with partners/JVs/government agencies, and apply advanced project management to drive improvements in upstream energy marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline (or commensurate work experience).
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in upstream or midstream energy marketing, sales, or a related field (industry experience required).
  • •Experience analyzing midstream and marketing agreements with an understanding of pricing, measurement, commitments, and contract provisions.
  • •Ability to evaluate and recommend commercial terms and operational conditions for gathering, transportation, sale and purchase agreements.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder relationship and communication skills, with results-oriented, innovative, and digitally literate work habits.
