Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute installation, extraction, and commissioning of ESP systems following Baker Hughes procedures and standards.
  • •Lead field operations to ensure compliance with quality, occupational health/safety, and environmental requirements.
  • •Represent Baker Hughes at the well site by coordinating activities with contractors, rig personnel, operators, and client representatives.
  • •Diagnose ESP system performance in surface and downhole conditions and provide technical recommendations to correct faults and optimize operations.
  • •Perform ESP wiring activities, including cable integrity inspection, splices, repairs, MLE connections, and surface head connections, and provide technical support during installation and start-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a professional in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Hold current CONTE certification.
  • •Have at least 3 years of experience in ESP (Bombeo Electrosumergible) operations in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Demonstrate hands-on experience with installation, extraction, diagnosis, wiring, and commissioning of ESP systems.
  • •Have practical experience with IM (Induction Magnetic) and PMM (Permanent Magnet) motor equipment and the ability to troubleshoot surface and downhole performance.
